Jeanne Thomas
Jeanne began as an assistant teacher at the Preschool and has expanded her role to becoming the Director. She holds a BA from Texas A&M University and enjoys continuing her education through Georgia’s professional learning programs. Her favorite part of her “job” is teaching the children about Jesus, and she loves working with and learning from a team of amazing and creative teachers. The preschool’s three star rating for continuous quality improvement shows Jeanne’s commitment to creating and maintaining a safe and loving environment where your child can grow and thrive while exploring the world around them.

Julia McClendon
Julia loves teaching at Prince of Peace. This is her 8th year with us. She is currently studying Psychology, loves to travel, enjoys live music, geology, art, and animals- especially birds. She contributes joy, empathy, and creativity to our warm and dynamic community. She is gregarious, encouraging, fun, energetic, and loves her students. She enjoys teaching children about language, honesty, diversity, art, STEM, and Jesus. Julia strives to adapt to meet each child’s individual educational and emotional needs while encouraging confidence, kindness, and an interest in learning.

Bryce Jones
Bryce is a Navajo/Apache women from the White Mountains of Arizona. She is an Army Brat and has lived in Georgia for about 15 years. Bryce is just starting out as an assistant at Prince of Peace Preschool, but she has background in childcare. She has her degree in medical assisting and hopes to one day become a pediatrician as she continues to do work with children and hopes to gain more experience working with children. She also 'semi-speaks' two different languages which she likes to use to help educate children about her culture. Bryce is so excited to be working at Prince Of Peace and to help educate young children!

Christen Deines
Christen is overjoyed to be an assistant teacher at Prince of Peace Preschool. She has an associates degree in Early Childhood Education and 5+ years’ experience in childcare. Helping to educate the young minds of the future is a top priority in her work. She is looking forward to all the blessings she will experience working with Prince of Peace Preschool.
